I'm Rich O'Brien, a 20 year veteran of the Marketing and Creative industries based in Chester, Cheshire.

I gained my start as a graphic designer while touring the country in my punk & roll band, Black Years, creating visuals, merch, album covers and websites for acts across the UK and Europe.

Through creative work, I developed a genuine passion for marketing, social media and content strategy, heading up several companies marketing departments in management and creative director roles for national and international brands, from hospitality, leisure and sports to property, finance and publishing.

Creatively, I specialize in branding, design and photography & I've been fortunate enough to have won numerous industry awards for both marketing and creative.

I have been lucky enough to have coached & mentored several incredibly talented marketers, delivered lectures at universities and appeared on numerous podcasts and business events as a guest speaker.

Not bad for a dude who got his start out of the back of a van.

My time in the industry has seen my work published in several countries, in multiple languages and has helped my clients to launch, rebrand and promote many successful and thriving business'.

With Devilish Creative, my aim is to offer incredible creative work to clients and also, to help to bring new creative and marketing talent to the next level with tutorials, insight and support.
