I have created, produced and hosted a multitude of Podcasts for both clients and myself and I've also appeared as a guest on several business, entertainment and creative podcasts.
As a podcast writer for clients, I've wrote scripts and produced episodes of shows reaching the ten's of thousands of listeners, primarily focused on business and entrepreneurship.
My own shows have been based around the themes of horror cinema and gaming, leading to thousands of happy listeners, a spot on the Nerd OD network followed by speaking appearances at several major horror conventions as well as commentating appearances at video game tournaments in the UK and Europe. Pretty rad.
I primarily focus on high production shows with idents, musical beds and sound design, with a conversational and informative lean.
Podcast minimalism is not my thing.
Produced shows include Popcorn & Powertools, The Counter Breaker and The Franchise Entrepreneur.

A collaborative project with the incredible young director and film maker, Kieran Shayle Mute is was a very personal piece of writing for me.
A short about the deafening silence that comes after the music stops, it's a study of grief, hope and passion that draws on a lot of personal experiences I had post band breakup.
Currently on the festival circuit and eventually heading to VOD platforms for a wider release, I'm incredibly excited to see everyone's reactions to it when it's widely available. Kieran definitely deserves some awards for how well he's brought this piece to life.
Working and script supervising on Mute was a genuinely rewarding experience and something I'm very much hoping to do again in the future.

Since the age of 16 I've performed in metal, hardcore and punk bands, primarily singing and screaming in peoples faces across the country.
Black Years was the culmination of, at that time, a 15 year musical journey that saw me perform in pretty much every toilet venue in the country.
We released several EP's, played upwards of 300 shows, enjoyed radio play via the BBC and, somewhat miraculously, signed to an amazing indie label, Footloose Records.
For me, the biggest achievement of all was just every second on stage, sharing that time with some of my best friends.
Sadly, after nearly 10 years, we called it quits when life began to pull us in different directions.
It's still a proud point in my life and some of the happiest times I've ever had creatively.
In recent months I've finally (after nearly a 9 year break) began working on new music under the alias Richard Hexx which I'll hopefully release in 2025 with some live shows to follow.
